Four robust steak knives, each with its own Polynesian-inspired tattoo by Henk Schiffmacher.

Inspired by Corsican heritage. Corsica has a long farming history where people relied on their tools. The shepherd's knife was the knife among farmers and became paternal heritage: on his tenth birthday a boy received his first knife from his father, marking his step into adulthood.

Ta Moko shark teeth. Natural wood gives every knife an authentic look, and no two are the same. Each carries its own Polynesian-inspired tattoo designed by Schiffmacher, and each blade holds a set of shark teeth — the niho mano. In Polynesian belief sharks are divine ancestors that symbolise strength, tearing through with their teeth just as these knives cut clean through the meat.
